Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Tygart Nexus LLC collects, uses, protects, and handles information across our website, business inquiries, and authorized platform integrations.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, phone number, message content, and any business context you submit through a form, email, meeting request, or platform inquiry.

If you opt in to SMS or mobile messaging, we collect your mobile number, consent status, opt-in source, timestamp, message history needed to operate the service, and opt-out or help requests.

When you use a Tygart Nexus application that connects to a third-party platform such as LinkedIn, we may receive account, profile, organization, permission, page, content, publishing, engagement, and analytics data that you authorize that platform to share with us.

We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URLs, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs needed to operate and protect the site and services.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide briefings, operate our websites and applications, authenticate authorized users, support requested integrations, publish or manage content when you ask us to, provide analytics, improve our services, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

For mobile messaging, we use your mobile number and consent record to send requested lead follow-up, demo scheduling, onboarding coordination, support, and operational updates related to your inquiry.

For social platform integrations, we use authorized platform data only to provide the requested content planning, publishing, account management, reporting, and operational workflow features.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, or operate our sites and applications, and only for the purpose of providing those services.

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not share, sell, rent, transfer, or disclose mobile opt-in data, mobile numbers, or SMS consent records to third parties, affiliates, or partners.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse or security issues, or as part of a business transfer involving Tygart Nexus LLC.

The business-transfer language above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent unless disclosure is legally required.

Third-party platforms, including LinkedIn, process information under their own terms and privacy policies when you authorize or use those platforms.

Data retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, contractual, or legitimate business reasons.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No internet or software system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. You may also revoke third-party platform permissions through that platform account or application settings.

For SMS or mobile messages, you may opt out by replying STOP and may request help by replying HELP or contacting us directly.

If you ask us to delete data connected to a Tygart Nexus application, we will process the request as described on our data deletion page unless retention is required by law, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.
